Dialled is a mobile application that helps users track coffee brewing parameters, manage coffee inventory, and optimize espresso extraction settings. The App provides tools for logging shot data, storing coffee information, and analyzing brewing patterns.

3. User Accounts and Data

3.1 Account Information

  • The App may use iCloud to sync data across your devices
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and iCloud account
  • All activities that occur using your account are your responsibility

3.2 User Content

  • You retain ownership of all data you input into the App (coffee information, shot parameters, photos, notes)
  • By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process and display your data within the App
  • We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties

4. Privacy and Data Collection

4.1 Data We Collect

  • Coffee and shot tracking data you enter
  • Anonymous usage analytics to improve the App
  • Crash reports and performance data
  • Photos you choose to associate with your coffee entries (stored locally or in iCloud)

4.2 Data Storage

  • Your data is stored locally on your device and/or in your iCloud account
  • We do not have access to your iCloud data
  • Analytics data is anonymized and cannot be traced back to individual users

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
  • Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
  • Collect or harvest any information from the App or its users

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 App Ownership

  • The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by copyright laws
  • These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information

6.2 Feedback

  • Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the App may be used by us without compensation to you

  • Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and conditions
  • We are not responsible for third-party services or their privacy practices

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8.3 Coffee Safety

  • The App provides tools for tracking coffee parameters but does not provide health or safety advice
  • You are responsible for ensuring your coffee consumption and brewing practices are safe
  • Consult professionals for any health-related concerns

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the App or website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
